Another Pelfrey loss, but a St. Lucie win

While the Mets lost yesterday, 5-3 to the Phillies, behind Mike Pelfrey's pitching, down in Single-A St. Lucie Mets centerfielder Sean Henry went 4 for 5, driving in three runs and hitting a home run. At 5'10" Henry is the shortest outfielder, but not the team's shortest player. Catcher Rafael Arroyo and Shortstop Jose Castro are both shorter. But he is the lightest, weighing only 154 pounds.

What's surprising is that despite his frail build, the 21 year old has hit eight home runs and has the second highest slugging average of the team's regulars. Only firstbaseman Joshua Petersen has a higher slugging average, and he's 6'3" and weighs 215 pounds.

Speedwise, Henry's the fourth fastest player in the Mets farm system. If you're curious about who the fastest are, here are the Mets 10 fastest minor leaguers.
