Still waiting for good news

I wish I could find kind words to say about a Mets team that fits together as well as a shirt with sleeves too long, pants with legs too short and baggy, and a belt with just one hole. But that’s the team that Minaya’s built, supported by a farm system overstocked with players who reach their level of incompetence while in the minors.
