Mets Ahead in Dickey Trade

Just days into the 2013 season, the Mets trade of R. A. Dickey is paying off. In his first two starts for Toronto, Dickey's been terrible. More surprisingly, Josh Thole isn't even on their roster. On March 30, 2013 Thole was optioned to their Buffalo farm team. In contrast, John Buck is hitting .400 with nine RBIs, Travis d'Arnaud is hitting .375 for the Mets' Triple-A team, and Noah Syndergaard pitched four scoreless innings in his St. Lucie debut. I know it's VERY early in the season, but whenever there's good news to report about the Mets, it's worth boosting their fans spirits.

  1. I have just read your article on 'Mets Ahead in Dickey Trade' and found it very impressive. I didn't know that John Buck is hitting 400 with nine RBIs!!
